1.1 What is Property Prodigy?
Property Prodigy is a property website that can be used by everybody. It hosts information about properties found in Malta and Gozo which are for sale or for rent.
1.2 Why was Property Prodigy created?
It was created to give birth to a centralised website of properties available all over Malta and Gozo which can be viewed from all over the internet, including foreigners who may be interested in buying your property. Everybody can use it, and since it is FREE and 0% commission, the seller doesn't have to pay anything.
1.4 How can I help?
You can help us by spreading the word that finally a totally free property website which takes 0% commission is finally here. You can also help us by giving us suggestions to improve this website.
2 Adding of Properties
2.1 How do I advertise a property on this website?
You can
add your property by clicking here. You need an account before being able to add your property. If you don't have an account, you can
register one. Don't worry, registration is fast,easy and free. When you finally submit the property information, it will be reviewed and published online within 24 hours. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to
contact us.
3 Managing Your Properties
3.1 What is the Expiry Date of a property?
In order for the site not to host stale properties, the contact persons must extend the expiry date. If they don't do so, the property will be deleted. But first we will notify the contact person by email 7 days before the property expires where we will also provide a link to extend the expiry date if he so wishes.

5 Wish List
5.1 What is my wish list?
Your Wish List is where you store any property which you are interested in. You can bookmark any property by clicking on Add to Your Wish List when viewing a property's details, so you can view it any other time you like by just clicking on Your Wish List after you are logged in.
6 Your Saved Queries
6.1 What are Your Saved Queries?
Your Saved Queries are simply a list of queries that you have made and decided to save them. They can also notify you by email when a property that falls within your search criteria is added. You can also add your search query to the Wanted section.
6.2 How do I save a query?
Simply start a search using the form on the right, and after submitting you can continue refining the search and after you're happy with the search query, click on Add to Your Saved Queries/Wanted Section. Note that to add your query to the Wanted section you need to have your contact details in place. See the section below
7 Wanted Section
7.1 What is the Wanted section?
The Wanted section is just a new tab found at the top which when clicked will display a list of wanted properties. You can view the details of who wants the listed properties by clicking on the list items and you can then contact them if you have such a property.
7.2 How do I add a property request in the Wanted section?
The quickest way is to click on the
Wanted tab above, and enter your wanted property details in the provided text area. You may be prompted to login or register, and enter your contact details.
Alternatively you can do it by saving a search query. First log into your account, and make sure you have the contact details (name and some telephone number) in place by going to
Edit Your Account. Then simply start a search using the search form on the right, and after doing a search you can continue refining the search. When you're happy with the search query, click on Add to Your Saved Queries/Wanted Section and tick the option to publish the query in the Wanted section.
